Can I Exchange / Return my online purchase?
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Muki offers store credit, exchange or refund via your original payment method on all full priced clothing within 30 days (including weekends) of order receipt provided all return conditions are satisfied. (please refer to ‘conditions of return‘ section). Our change of mind policy does not apply to fitness accessories.
Full priced orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Sale items purchased during special promotional event (e.g. Boxing Day Sale) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
All items marked as ‘final sale’ can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.
AFTERPAY, KLARNA & ZIPPAY
Afterpay, Klarna & ZipPay purchases are not eligible for the refund & can only be returned for an exchange or online store credit.
UNDERWEAR & BODYSUITS
For hygienic reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear and bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment.
All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care by submitting a returns form and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All returned items must satisfy the following conditions:
- Items are in original condition
- Have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Have all original tags and stickers attached
If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
