Can I Exchange / Return my online purchase?
Muki offers store credit, exchange or refund via your original payment method* on all clothing (except underwear and bodysuits**) within 30 days (including weekends) of order receipt provided all return conditions are satisfied. (please refer to ‘conditions of return‘ section). Our change of mind policy does not apply to fitness accessories.
*Please note that Afterpay, Klarna & ZipPay purchases are not eligible for the refund & can only be returned for an exchange or online store credit.
**For hygienic reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear and bodysuits, except in the case of a faulty garment.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
You can return your order for exchange, refund or store credit provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Items are in original condition
- Have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Have all original tags and stickers attached
Please note: all shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
